Haciendo un espacio al reciclaje de reportajes y entrevistas, esta semana decidí invitar a todos los que lo deseen a exponer sus experiencias como víctimas de la delincuencia.
Siguiendo el camino que abrió Nelson en el blog chileno www.victimasdeladelincuencia.cl, los invito a exponer datos sobre las características de diferentes delitos y cómo operan los antisociales -de lo que conozcan- para que la sociedad pueda estar preparada de alguna manera.
A continuación postearé el paso que dio Nelson. Por favor, en lo posible sigan ese formato. Primero país, y luego ciudad. Yo voy a postearlos a medida que vayan llegando, y los ordenaré por país.
EN CHILE
CIUDAD: SANTIAGO DE CHILE
CARTERÍSTAS: ¿Trabajan? Generalmente en las micros los días 29-30-31-1 de cada mes, de preferencia entre las 18:00 y 22:00 hrs. SIEMPRE andan acompañados mínimo 2, suben sin pagar el pasaje, tienen una seña particular para hacer parar la micro, los choferes saben perfectamente quienes son, hay un grupo de tres o cuatro mujeres que suben en Alameda con Las Rejas (estas trabajan en la mañana).
Hay otro grupo de cinco viejos (50-65 años app) que sube en el terminal de buses Alameda en dirección al oriente luego suben en San Martín con Alameda en dirección poniente.
Todos portan una chaqueta en el brazo (tipo paño de grazón) con que se cubren, otros usan un bolso o mochila en la misma postura. SON EXTREMADAMENTE COBARDES, NO ESTÁN PREPARADOS PARA SER ENFRENTADOS, SU MODUS OPERANDI SE BASA EN QUE LA VÍCTIMA NO NOTE EL ATRACO. Primero te observan, luego te “TIMBRAN” (TOCAN) para ver dónde portas objetos y luego te los sustraen muy suavemente. OJO: Solo le roban a los descuidados, si te TIMBRAN y no reaccionas haciñendoles notar que advertiste su presencia, eres el candidato ideal.
ESCAPEROS: Andan en grupos mínimo tres, lugares típicos: agustinas entre morandé y bandera, alaméda sector estación central, Unión Latinoaméricana, Alameda c/ Santa Rosa, Tenderini, General Mackenna c/ Bandera, San Antonio c/Alaméda, San Antonio c/Agustinas, Agustinas c/estado y un largo ETC…
Te siguen y observan para ver si andas con plata comprando o pagando o si haces alguna transacción bancaria. Te siguen en fila india, el primero tras de ti te mete la mano SIEMPRE al BOLSILLO DERECHO, corre siempre hacia atrás, el segundo te empuja o espera para agredirte si tratas de seguir al asaltante, el tercero te dice “le robaron??? yo lo voy a seguir…” y corre tras su compañero.
OJO: La pregunta más típica es: ¿cómo sabían que andaba con plata?
LA RESPUESTA ES OBVIA: 1-. Te observan, y por increible que parezca LOS BILLETES TIENEN OLOR, un delincuente bien entrenado es capaz hasta de distinguir por el olor de cuánto es cada billete. (Envuelve siempre los billetes en papel, un sobre, etc. Eso discimula su olor, un pañuelo con perfume en más recomendable. ¡Y NUNCA LA GUARDES EN EL BOLSILLO DERECHO DEL PANTALÓN!
En el centro de Santiago son los dos delítos más frecuentes y en ambos tienes menos posibilidades de prevenirlos, el único consejo que nunca falla es: PON MUCHA ATENCIÓN A TU ENTORNO CUANDO ANDES CON DINERO, TRATA QUE NO DEMOSTRA MIEDO SOLO ALERTA.

GUAYAQUIL
Justo ayer me enteré que esta semana asaltaron a una amiga y a su familia uno kilómetro más allá del aeropuerto. Gracias a Dios no le pasó nada a ninguno de ellos. El perjuicio fue solo económico. Se llevaron todo lo que traían y lo que tenían encima.
Por lo que he escuchado, ahí envío mi aportación.
AVENIDA ISIDRO AYORA, NORTE DE GUAYAQUIL. El asalto o mejor dicho secuestro express (a mis amigos se los llevaron en el carro de ellos mientras un carro los escoltaba atrás) fue a la altura de Mi Comisariato, a las 24h30. Antes de ello, una de ls víctimas se dio cuenta que había un carro que venía atrás de ellos, muy cerca, a su misma velocidad. Antes de que logre avisar a los demás, el auto (sin placas) se le cruzó adelante y les impidió el paso. Enseguida se bajaron cuatro tipos con pistolas y metralletas. Se los llevaron hasta Los Vergeles, y se llevaron todo.
POR SEGURIDAD PROPIA: No hay que ver a estos tipos. Algunas veces están drogados y no piensan dos veces para dar un disparo.
AEROPUERTOS:
Fíjate que nadie te siga si llegas solo (a), y también cuando estés acompañado (a).
SEGURIDAD POLICIAL: No estoy de acuerdo con pagar a los policías que están en el aeropuerto para que te escolten hasta tu casa, y llegar sana y a savo, porque es un deber del Estado brindar seguridad a los ciudadanos. Sin embargo, el sistema no funciona bien. Por ello recomiendo pagar los 10 ó 20 dólares a los policías que están con sus patrullas en el aeropuerto para que te escolten hasta tu casa.
EN EL BUS: Yo siempre ando en bus. Así que siempre ando atenta a todo, sin revelar que estoy cuidandome que me asalten. Siempre me percato quién se baja atrás mío, discimuladamente. Por los general los delincuentes te siguen desde el bus.
Si sabes que vas a trasladarte en bus, por favor no te llenes de lentejuelas y canutillos. O sea, mientras menos llames la atención, mejor.
CALLES DESOLADAS: Camina rápido, pero tampoco como si estuvieras escapando de alguien. Intenta aparentar seguridad, y procura no andar solo (a) en la calle a altas horas de la noche.
RUTAS: Intenta no llevar una rutina, tanto de horario como de calles. Los ladrones son expertos en ello.
Eso por el momento. Cuando me acuerde de más, te lo paso. Espero que esto sirva a muchas personas.

La idea es exponer lo que sucede localmente en tu ciudad, en tu barrio o sector. De lo que sabes, de lo que tienes experiencia, avisar a los demás en qué calles debemos tener cuidado, dar características para reconocer grupos o asaltantes.
